The Spotlight’s on (U)SF: SKY Meditation Club
SKY club at USF is all about building a happy, stress-free, and anxiety-free campus community. They help students, staff, and faculty learn de-stress techniques including meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga in a very engaging and fun manner. They welcome and encourage everyone to take time out for themselves and tend to their mental health.
