Dear Syracuse Mets Fans In these uncertain times, we want to communicate to our fans to update you as best we can with what is going on here at the Syracuse Mets. As you know, Major League and Minor League Baseball is delaying the opening of the season out of concern for the health and well-being of our fans, players, staff and our communities. We are continuing to monitor the development of this and are following the direction of Onondaga County, New York State, Public Health Agencies and Major League Baseball. We do know is that our season will be delayed, and we will be postponing our Meet the Mets Dinner that was slated for April 7th to benefit the Challenger Baseball league and the Local District 8 Little league. We have also closed our offices at NBT Bank Stadium and are having the staff work remotely from home. We are still preparing for a season.
