For a lot of fans this was their first time watching their favorite team play live and probably the only one in a long time. A lot of them can’t travel to Europe, so this game was a dream come true for young and old. For some supporters this game was meaningless, but for others it was the best day of their life. I think players make the art and fans the magic, as Xavi Hernandez said during the press conference, “vivimos de la gente”. (We live from people). As for me, I am more in love with the beautiful game after the match between New York Red Bull and FC Barcelona. See Lewandowski, Pedri, Dembèlè, Ralphina play was just iconic but one of my favorite moments was during the press conference where I asked questions to Xavi Hernandez and Ter Stegen. My sports journalism career is just starting and I hope to have a lot more opportunities like this one.
