Today is Holy Thursday which marks the start of the Paschal Triduum. Taken from the Latin root for “three days,” the Triduum is a singular liturgical event that begins at the Mass of the Lord's Supper on Holy Thursday evening, and ends on Easter Sunday. During this time, we remember the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Christ through several specific traditions that stem from the Scriptures. On Holy Thursday we often celebrate a special service mirroring the Washing of the Feet of the Disciples during the Last Supper found in John 13. "If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another’s feet. I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do.” -John 13:14-15 In light of this evening's Gospel, we invite you to reflect on who's feet do you wash?
