Very proud of our CEO, Chuck Kuhn, for his ongoing commitment to giving back to the community through conservation easement. This past Tuesday, Chuck and his wife Stacy attended a deed signing event with Paul Gilbert, Cate Magennis Wyatt-Wyatt and Chair Phyllis Randall for NOVA Parks's newest addition, Springdale Regional Park. The new park was made possible in part by the Kuhn Family's donation of 128 acres of ecologically and historically rich land along the Potomac River. NOVA Parks also recognized the nearly 5,000 acres that the Kuhns have placed in conservation easement in Northern Virginia alone -- a small subset of the 22,000 acres they have conserved nationally (which is bigger than the island of Manhattan). #givingback #landconservation #preservation #conservation
