This recipe is adapted from my vegan hot cross buns- itās topped with a sticky apricot glaze and has the tiniest hint of orange in the dough. Definitely a unique twist on a classic Easter bake!
Iāve been a bit MIA here because my husband and I are in the middle of both moving to a new state and a kitchen renovation. Since we havenāt had an oven, itās been a while since Iāve been able to bake up something fun like this loaf bread but Iām so looking forward to it once everything settles down a bit.
