womensbeanproject embodies a clear mission: support women striving for lasting change by establishing steppingstones to self-sufficiency. Through their transitional employment program, they empower chronically unemployed women, offering them valuable skills and opportunities to transform their lives. With support from Caring for Denver Foundation, they're expanding their reach to address trauma-related barriers, enhancing mental and physical health outcomes. Program expansion includes trauma education, peer training and support for recovery, and access to therapy. At Women's Bean Project, women learn to stand tall, find their purpose and break the cycle of poverty.
