"I could not be more grateful and honored to announce as Editor-in-Chief, The Lumberjack has produced its first print edition of the semester!⁠ ⁠ 🗞 This issue is our local issue and centers around local businesses, local people and local issues. ⁠ ⁠ Creating this issue has been a whirlwind, along with navigating systematic changes that came to the paper at the beginning of my tenure as EIC. However, one of the joys of being EIC is seeing how hard our staff works to create the final product despite millions of mistakes and problems that came up along the way. ⁠ ⁠ Last semester we printed our first paper in over two years and I’m so excited that we get to continue this tradition for my remaining time at nauflagstaff! ⁠ ⁠ Also huge thanks to brendantrachsel for writing an entire opinion story the day before everything was due and allowing me to capture what makes macyseuropeancafe so important to the community.
