The 8th edition of #pastaworldchampionship is now over. On October 10th-11th, 14 chefs from all over the world met in Paris to join a three-round competition: after the Masterpiece, the White Canvas, and the Gran Finale our jury nominated Keita Yuge yugelone2007 as the one and only winner. His dish “Penne gorgonzola profumo giapponese” perfectly conveys the main theme of this 8th edition: #theartofpasta.
