HIGH PROTEIN BANANA BARK 🍌🥜🍫
This is the perfect healthy snack or dessert for when you want something sweet!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 serving promix vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
Toppings:
- 1 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
- Pinch of sea salt
How to:
- Peel and thinly slice bananas.
- Line a small tray or cutting board with parchment paper and arrange the banana slices in an even layer.
- Add the greek yogurt, protein powder and 2 tbsp of peanut butter to a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Scoop the yogurt mixture over the bananas, and gently spread out in an even layer.
- Drizzle on melted dark chocolate, peanut butter, crushed peanuts and a pinch of sea salt.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours, then slice up and enjoy!
Makes about 8 servings: 123 cals, 8g protein, 12g carb, 5g fat
