Let's raise awareness about the challenges faced by breastfeeding moms when it comes to accessible options and supporting them in their transition to motherhood and returning to work. When I started mayanageneviere I was a new mother trying to navigate a new me in body, mind and spirit. After my breastfeeding experience I wanted to make sure women had the support they needed at one of the most challenging transitions of our lives physically, emotionally and spiritually at any stage. Hearing that workplaces weren’t pumping friendly for the process or storage and knowing that so many women had to stop because of their work schedule is a form of discrimination.
