Most of my life I have allowed others to weigh in on my appearance and my size, taking all the mean comments about my weight to heart! When they told me I looked like a whale, I believed them. When they told me I had gotten fat I believed them. When they told me I would be happier if I lost weight, I believed them! I had an amazing happy hour with someone I really admire rubyroxxmodel & one of the big takeaways was that Your body shouldn’t be a point of discussion whether that’s from your friends or your family. Your body is nobody’s business but your own and that conversation should be off limits unless it’s for positive reasons. Maybe if we just took the conversation of weight and dieting off the table we would all be much happier people! Let’s try an exercise!
