I can relate to Shayoons post as a travelling new mom, I felt much more comfortable nursing in Dubai then when I was living in North America and learned a lot about cultural differences and perceptions of women. A big thank you to moms like Shayoon who are challenging a mindset that shames women for what’s natural throughout the entire animal kingdom with love and awareness. Being a mother + working globally is draining, but at the same time the most rewarding. I’ve been traveling a lot this summer, and unfortunately many places, especially England & the United States frowned upon public breastfeeding!
