Tilo Ghosh Chowdhury, left, professor of marketing, and Hans Nguyen, assistant professor of marketing, presented their research at the 2024 American Marketing Association Winter Conference in Florida, Feb. 23-25. . Nguyen presented his work on the psychological and behavioral consequences of customers who make a late payment. By combining a deep theoretical discussion with a rigorous methodological execution to investigate an interdisciplinary phenomenon, his research has won multiple awards. . Chowdhury and her student researchers conducted in-depth interviews on campus and presented their understanding of community perceptions towards emotional support animals and their owners.
