The longterm success of the team is predicated on it's members' ability to collaborate on goals and execute. Yes, you need leadership. Yes, you need "follow-ship". But if leadership refuses to bury its ego, and members don't positively contribute, it's only a matter of time before it all caves in. Growth and development is only produced when the foundation is solid. Critique one another, build one another, take the criticism and get better. Rinse, wash, and repeat as needed. The more we learn the more we realize we don't know that's why it's imperative to remain humble and never be ashamed to seek out info from others who may have already crossed the bridge you're just reaching for the first time. For those who may be passing on the new info to others, don't be a pompous idiot about it. Remember, someone taught you what you are now passing along to someone else.
Just take it easy.
