We wish a blessed and happy Easter to all from our entire community, including a CHS contingent that has spent the last half of Holy Week in Spain and attended Easter Sunday Mass this morning at Basilica of Jesus de Medinaceli in Madrid.
The group’s educational trip will next head to Bilbao, Barcelona and Montserrat this week and will include visits to some of the most important sites in history of the Jesuits, including the birthplace of St. Ignatius in Azpeitia.
The group’s tour of Madrid has included visits to San Isidro Collegiate Church and the home stadium of Real Madrid, Santiago Bernabéu. The group is being led by history teacher Craig Hinchcliffe and Vice President for Institutional Advancement Andy Deyell ’91.
More photos from the trip will be shared after the group’s return to Western New York.
