home is where the heart is, for us it is vienna. it all started in 2009 at Naschmarkt. from here hayamolcho managed to make her hummus probably the most famous in vienna, and all that as a career changer in the gastronomy. Haya and her four sons are true "citizens of the world", but our hearts beat for Vienna, so we dedicated a book full of amazing recipes, stories and peoples to it. In the new book Haya combines aromas from her homeland Israel with traditional and modern Viennese cuisine, spiced with flavors from all over the world.
