My dad told me once, that he values Father’s Day more than his own birthday and that hits different. He found more worth in being a father, when he was a kid himself, than celebrating his own birthday. To keep it real with you I thought he was just saying that, but through the years; celebrating him, watching, learning I realized he was being forreal. I’m not tryna brag Bc I don’t have a perfect father — LOL Actually we both do — but man, do I have an incredible one. You make the hard things look easy and the complicated things simple! I honor and admire you from the floor to the ceiling and then some. Thank you for always being shoulders that I could cry on, stand with and now I’m seeing, even to stand on All the more grateful we have the same name!
