Yet, the only thing more miserable than stiffness is devoting huge efforts into stretching without any improvement. Muscles and joints are stiff as ever and running remains slow and uncomfortable.
And while stiffness may seem to be a typical part of aging, many masters runners are able to maintain their mobility, performance, and enjoyment of running.
