Full flower moon setting across the NYC skyline near sunrise. May 2021. While most plan ahead for shots like this of the moon, this one was a happy accident. I accidentally had woken up far too early for school, but right before going back to sleep, I caught a glimpse of the full moon. The weather looked good, so I grabbed my gear and ran out to go shoot in my pajamas. It ended up being a great morning, and the beauty of that view made up for the lack of sleep that day.
