MOVEMENTS I USED DO WRONG! Continuing this series on thing I used to do wrong and have since learned better. reminder- sensation DOES NOT mean contraction. Long concept short: squeezing your glutes at the top of squats and RDLs does the same amount of work as just standing there clenching your butt cheeks. It does not make them grow!
