Dr Stuart McGill put a ton of money and time into researching back health and rehab, and determined this set of movements to help increase core stability, and a good routine in approaching back pain.
These exercises are GREAT and should definitely be included in your warm up, even as a preventative step!
These exercises should be done in a pyramid rep scheme, 3 sets in 3/2/1 rep scheme on each side, holding them for 10 seconds.
Give these a go and remember- consistency is key!
