A year ago today I competed in my first bodybuilding competition! #ittakestime I won my class, and the Overall. I’ve competed in two national shows since. (Red suit is first show, blue is 3rd/most recent) It’s been a hell of a journey- I never thought I could put my pride aside and be vulnerable enough to try it. I’m so glad that I did!
