Lying hamstring curl 101! 💪👩🏻‍🏫 THIS might seem like a basic one, but if you’re constantly getting a back pump from lying hamstring curl (like I was!) it’s time to reassess this set up. The gym can be a vulnerable place because we all feel like we need to know absolutely everything, and feel internally judgmental about needing to ask.
