MOVEMENTS I USED TO DO WRONG❌
When I began working out~ 15, I felt like my shoulders and triceps “wouldn’t grow”. I remember asking a personal trainer at a gym I worked at for help- they said maybe I’m not using enough weight, frequency, rest times, etc.
All of the above were good reasons. But even more importantly- I wasn’t training the muscle according to how it works.
We all learn from watching- social media, other people in the gym, other athletes etc. If you want to do well, always stay curious!
Ditch this “baby handle/ turd handle” as the great liftrunbang1 lovingly calls it 😂 and start training smarter.
