MOVEMENTS I USED DO WRONG!
Continuing this series on thing I used to do wrong and have since learned better. Recorded this reel a week ago and felt like some of you needed this reminder- sensation DOES NOT mean contraction. In fact, coach_kassem made a reel about this very fact today!
Long concept short: squeezing your glutes at the top of squats and RDLs does the same amount of work as just standing there clenching your butt cheeks. It does not make them grow!
