Imposter syndrome- have you experienced this? “IS refers to an internal experience of believing you aren’t as competent as others perceive you to be” I used to struggle with this. As a neurodivergent individual, athlete, coach, etc- I definitely struggle with doubt. HOWEVER. I think imposter syndrome can be a blessing. You HAVE to work to be better. And I feel that regardless of how good/accomplished you are, imposter syndrome can help highlight your weak links. Let your imposter syndrome guide you to your areas of improvement- embrace the chance to get better. Being a professional, responsible individual in any career requires you to accept being a forever student.
