Extra food is making a huge difference in my training. I’ve talked openly about this but my mental health has been a roller coaster the last few weeks. I don’t always have the motivation to train. But I know that as long as I get myself to the gym, it doesn’t matter how I feel. After the first set with some good weight I feel amazing. I love what I do, my body feels good when it’s moving. It helps to have a good training partner too 😉 lukeylew2
Sometimes that’s all the reminder I need :)
