‘Better than last week’ is always the goal. We can’t always add weight each session, but we can aim for more reps, higher quality execution, better tempo, etc.
Coming back from a week in Florida off plan, feeling a bit crummy from the travel, the goal this session was just to DO BETTER. ✅ more reps, better reps, than last time will lead to more weight in the future sessions.
