Eating triple the carbs I’ve ever eaten and training with both more INTENT and INTENSITY than ever.
Each training session revolves around the idea of leaving nothing left in the tank, good technique, range of motion, and really understanding mechanical failure. Thank you to livrothh for setting the standard in my training. She is a badass.
Its amazing what you can do with just a great coach, hard work, and checking all the boxes. No crutches, NO drugs, and little cardio.
Regardless of what I look like, I feel amazing. That’s the point.
