I still have a tendency to rush my setup especially as the weights get heavier. You’ll notice the bar shifts slightly to the left on my top set.
Things to focus on moving forward:
✨ Focus on maintaining pressure over mid foot instead of heels
✨ Slow down setup to allow myself to get into proper position
✨ Continue thinking about anchoring hips and then leveraging the weight up
Technique is always a work in progress and there’s always something we can improve on to be more efficient. A stable base is a strong base.
