Top single from yesterday’s deadlift session. I worked up to 195kg (429lbs). I set up a little too close causing the bar to roll forward, otherwise these felt really good. #chadbot #teamjts I’ve been maintaining bodyweight for the past month using the rpstrength diet app. I‘ll continue maintaining before starting another cut after this training block.
