It’s been a minute since I squatted over 300lbs. Worked up to 150kg (330lbs) x3 for the start of my new training block.
I was struggling with depth for a little while likely because I’m still somewhat hesitant to squat but I know it’s mental at this point. You’ll notice my first rep is slower then the second two as I build confidence under the bar again. I’m excited to see how these next 4 weeks go!
