Fact: I weigh more in the pic on the left 😊
I think a lot of women are afraid to see their weight go up on the scale but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing! The left is from this morning weighing 71.5 (157lbs) kg. The pic of the right is from July 7th when I weighed 70.5kg (154lbs) that morning. My workouts have been focused on increasing strength in SBD while incorporating accessory and conditioning exercises to improve overall physique and body composition.
