Focused on slowing down my start position and being more patient off the floor. It’s going to take some getting used to but I think it’ll ultimately make me a stronger and more positive efficient puller. I’m also trying not to rely on my belt so much so here’s a beltless triple at 170kg (374lbs) x3.
