I’ll be honest, during quarantine I did not make my nutrition a priority and I let my emotional stress get the best of me. It happens to the best of us, that’s life. Beginning of June I decided it was time to get my shit together and begin prioritizing myself, and my health again. The picture on the left is from June 1st. I weighed about 160lbs (72.5kg) here - the most I have ever weighed. The picture on the right is from this morning weighing in at 154.5 lbs (70.5kg). My goal is to drop another 1-2kg and then focus on maintaining my new bodyweight and continue to improve body composition.
