Do you fail your bench right off of your chest?
If I fail on bench, it has almost always been off of my chest. If this is something you struggle with as well try a feet-up bench press variation. Larson presses work great too.
The feet-up bench press is a great variation for those who utilize leg drive efficiently or capable of achieving a big arch. It will eliminate the ability to use a lot of leg drive or create that big arch, and therefore force your chest to do the most of the work.
