Want to know my favorite squat variation?! - BELT SQUATS
Belt squats are great for loading the lower limbs without adding extra fatigue to the back and upper body. I used these quite a bit when couldn’t squat super heavy but I was able to load the belt squat close to my squat max without pain.
I’m fortunate that the gyms I train at have an actual belt squat machine but it you don’t, these next few slides show some different variations to perform them.
