THE PLAN: Post Nationals the idea was to use rpstrength and bulk over a few months, light cut over a few, and then baby water cut the last kg. RPS and the help of
nick.shaw.rp made this transition super easy for me to do. I’ve made a lot of gains not only strength and muscle wise, but also in becoming more knowledgeable on how to properly fuel my body for performance.

First we’ve got the Arnold, and then the big gun: Worlds in June.
