I’ll be honest, since the Arnold I’ve been extremely unmotivated – both with my training (which is out of my control for obvious reasons) but also with my diet, with work, and my personal relationships. I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels this way especially with everything going on right now. Today I had a tough fatherly love chat with chadwesleysmith who basically told me to get my shit together. It’s easy for things to spiral out of control if you let them. While I can’t control my training, I can control other areas of my life that are also important, so that’s what I’m going to do. One of the main issues I’ve struggled is not having a consistent schedule. So, I’m making one and blocking out times for each day to read, write, work, create, hang with friends (from a distance of course) and go to bed/wake up at the same time every day.
