When the idea of moving up a weight class initially presented itself I’ll be honest - I was hesitant. Let’s be real, purposely gaining weight isn’t usually a priority for most women. However, I knew in the long run the benefits would far outweigh any feelings of insecurity.

If you want to make changes to your body, you need to make changes to your behavior. That’s not inherently bad if these behaviors are sustainable long term. For me, cutting to 63’s required strict planning and social restrictions (ie not going out with friends because I was ‘dieting’). It basically got to the point where these behaviors were no longer sustainable, or worth it.
