I’ll try to be more transparent with my training. I’m still doing some variation of SBD with an explosive movement prior to each workout. Today’s explosive exercise was a seated box jump. I’m in the gym 4 days/week, and 2 days either on the track or inside doing some general conditioning work. The goal this block is to be a more well-rounded athlete and to ‘move’ better.

Seated Box jumps 4x5
Squats: 4x6 (I kept these light since I’m still having glute discomfort. I worked up to my pain threshold and stayed there. The goal is to increase this threshold progressively and over time)
Feet up bench: 21 total reps (~6reps/set)
3 in. Block Pulls: 21 total reps (~6reps/set)
