Key bench things for me are:
-setting up properly
.
-keeping my back and lats tight. I tell my clients to think about setting up on their traps and squeezing their shoulder blades together enough to keep a credit card in between them.

-continuing this tightness throughout the movement by simultaneously “bending the bar” and “bringing my chest to the bar”. -leg drive. I’ve had a hard time with timing while doing touch and go but practice practice practice.
