In my NURSING SHOES😂 forgot my squat shoes/ lifters in STL so I had to use what I could- thought they’d suffice since they had a heel but they turned out to be very unstable (zoom in to watch my #wiggles ) went for 6, couple reasons why it didn’t happen but you can’t have excuses on the internet.
