Currently benching and squatting 3x/week, and deadlifting twice a week (second day is mainly technique work) 💀☠️💀Today was a heavier bench workout with a top set at 100kg/220lbs. I missed this weight at my last meet so I can't let that happen again!
This was followed by dropsets at 87.5kg (193lbs) for ✌🏽I also got my new belt which means fun times trying to break it in 😈HAWLPPP
