157.5 (347lbs) for a single followed by 142.5 (314)x3x3. Back was tight from yesterday's training session so a bit slower than my already slow squats. I was supposed to do a full #SBD session yesterday. I didn't have time to finish my workout and was just going to skip #squats since I squat again tomorrow. Mr.Boss Man said nope, go do your squats chadwesleysmith 🤷‍♀️☠️ Well okay then. #forthegains #donefortoday
