2x1x295lbs (after my 320lb pull) 3x3@ 280lbs w/ full resets from Monday. Full resets are important for me because we’ve fixed my starting position (as much as possible considering my abductor nonsense) I need to keep practicing it. 💃🏻main focus for deadlifts: control, patience off the floor, technique. Quads look spicy.
