I remember when I first got in to powerlifting my goal was to squat 275 for a single. After multiple injuries that kept me sidelined to the point there were times I felt like I should just give up, here I am with working sets of 5x8 275 during Week 2 of my new training block.
#patienceiskey These sucked not going to lie lol, but I'm so happy I didn't give up when I wanted to. chadwesleysmith worked with me while I was injured and I'm so glad he believed in me when I wasn't sure I believed in myself.
