295x1, 275x5x2. Last nights lift was kind of balls. After a long day& 4 hours in the car, came to the gym and had to superset my deadlift and bench sets in an HOUR. I’m accepting the fact that my deadlift is garbage BUT I’m glad that my injury isn’t as bad as it was a year ago. Baby steps. New shirt by redcon1 , pump is also courtesy of them.
