1x165 RPE8 (not a PR but 5lbs under my max). 5x3x 150, then bumped up to 155 for the last 2.đMy one elbow flared out on the single which was weird but I mentally psyched myself out beforehand so the whole thing wasnât as great as it probably could have been. BUT!! I didnât dip. Which was huge. Comment about why arching sucks and Iâll break your knees. Ha ha just kidding, trolls who hate on bench arch canât read anyway.
